Elba Bike Tour is the stage tour organized on the Elba island.
Since 2015 it has been joined by the Gran Fondo race which provides the opportunity to compete on three routes: a track 101 km long, medium with its 87 km or "short", of 67 km. The Gran Fondo race will allow you to experience the wonders of the island in an immersive way, through the passion for cycling and an extraordinary and unforgettable route.

Diving
A vacation on the Elba island is the best you could wish for diving. Sea lovers will find a real treasure in the depths of the Elba island: shoals, caves, wrecks and walls that sink to the bottom.
The dives to the wreck of the Elviscot, an Italian merchant ship sunk on January 10 in 1972 near the village of Pomonte, and also the Junker 52, a World War II aircraft discovered in front of Portoferraio at a depth of 38 meters, are very impressive.
Wherever you dive you will hardly be disappointed. Elba offers well organized centers with highly qualified staff. There you can find everything you need and immerse yourself in complete safety with maximum enjoyment.

Particularly tasty are those dishes that require a long and complex preparation and among these stands the stockfish alla riese, a tasty dish accompanied by salt anchovies. The gurguglione, based on vegetables, cuttlefish black rice, stuffed squid, the famous cacciucco or fish soup, but also very simple dishes like the boiled octopus, fried zerri or stuffed sardines.

Over two hundred years of history
Casale San Cerbone is one of the oldest Tuscan-style farmhouses on the Elba island, its construction dates back to 1813 and we find it already in the Leopoldino land registry. Just outside the city center of Porto Azzurro, it is surrounded by the Elban countryside.
